I am offering my room in a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment at University Village at 2505 for sublease from the beginning of May 2025 to the end of July 2025. The rent is only $840 per month, which includes utilities and parking.
The apartment is... located in a gated community next to Centennial campus, which makes it very safe and convenient for NC State students. It takes only 4 minutes to drive to Centennial campus and 8 minutes to get to main campus.
You will have your own private room with a full-sized bed, a desk, a chair, and two shelving units. You will also have your own private bathroom with a shower and a walk-in closet. The room is spacious and cozy, with a window that lets in tons of natural light and a ceiling fan that keeps you cool.
You will share the massive 1,453 Sq. Ft. 4-person apartment with only one other student, who will be working over the summer and is rarely in the apartment. The other two rooms will likely be vacant this summer. The apartment is fully furnished and comes with:
