Moving was an event Moving was stressful but honestly if it wasn’t for the helpful staff it would have been worse. They were so friendly and helpful. They assisted us with getting sorted and anytime we needed service they got it ready for us. They answered every question even if it was dumb. I have already told all of my friends to move here already.

Better communication I recently signed a lease to move in with my fiancé and we started the process in April and it’s now almost the end of July and I just now finally got signed. Which is absolutely ridiculous because he would email you guys and you would either not follow up or say that nothing has been agreed processed even though we have all the documentation and receipts indicating that you did in fact receive it and every time we went in person to check on it we would get the same answer. Even when we went in person there was no communication between the email thread and the front office so no one knew what was going on and in the end what was supposed to be an easy, quick process turned into multiple months of back and forth and not getting any answers.
