Very close to centennial campus, farmers market, grocery stores and I-40. No smoking inside.
Myself(30M) and another renter(24M) live in the downstairs bedrooms. We are typically quiet. Renter (23M) lives upstairs across from the open room.
Living room, dining room and kitchen are shared spaces.
Must be okay with dogs.
