Good location, so-so amenities Apartment is a great location for students but there is a lot that doesn’t work. AC units aren’t the best (when they work they’re great), elevators break down every now and then which sucks for people on upper floors, and the gym has no AC making it hotter and more humid than outside. Plus they have a whole other gym which is seemingly closed off for no reason (at least one that was provided). Bad communication and lack of proper maintenance is the biggest... complaint, but it’s cheaper than the other complexes nearby and in a good distance to school.

10 floors, 2 elevators that only work half the time each, one flight of stairs. This place is a fire hazard waiting to happen, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Thanks for your input. We apologize for any elevator issues that you might have experienced, but all elevators are up and running. Any time we have issues our technicians are quick to being work to repair. Also, just to ensure that we're... being clear about our building in this response, there are 4 total staircases throughout the building. Please reach out to management if you have any additional questions, we're more than happy to address any other concerns you may have, we always appreciate feedback where we can make positive changes.
the worst place to live!!

they never are at the desk when you need them, there are constant maintenance issues that take forever to get fixed, they dont have lights in the bedrooms, they have the smell of dead rats in the walls, the elevators NEVER WORK and more.
They changed the locks to our doors and made it challenging for us to get new keys so I was locked out of my apartment for a long time since they never have someone on staff to help you or answer your call when you need help.
I could go on an on.
