University Suites

Each resident will be provided their own bedroom, bathroom (with shower and curtain rod), and a walk-in closet. The bedroom available has carpet floors and a ceiling fan.

The unit itself has high-speed available internet access, heating and air... conditioning, stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The townhouse-apartment has two floors, the room available is on the top floor, and it comes with a washer and dryer. The unit is partially furnished so each bedroom has a dresser, bedframe, and desk with built in shelves above it. Also, because the other residents have moved in there is a lot of furniture in common areas already (dinning table, sofa, coffee table, longue chair, cooking utilities). There is a patio for each unit that can be decorated and a garbage disposal for the townhouses. There is exterior lighting throughout the entire suites and patio lights can be turned on.

Additional amenities University Suites provides include a clubhouse with service desks and a ping-pong table, pool table, printers, 24-hour gym/fitness center, pool, volleyball court, basketball court, and private study rooms. The clubhouse hosts events occasionally that might include food or activities which is why residents pay a resident life fee ($10). There are courtesy officers/patrols that will check around after hours. There are respectful/quiet hours for University Suites and noise complaints can be filed if it is necessary. However, noise is minimal in my experience and the walls are sturdy so sound escapes minimally. Also, residents can put in maintenance requests and they respond quickly. There is a shuttle bus that is available to University Suite residents that makes two stops, one at main campus and another at centennial campus. It operates on weekdays from 7:00am to 6pm and there is a tracker to know the location of the bus on its route. The shuttle bus will pick up and drop off residences at university suites in the same location which is the bench right in front of the clubhouse. Also, residences will be designated a mailbox that is locked.
