Townhouse close to campus

I am renting a room in a 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhouse. The upstairs has both bedrooms, a hall closet for shared use, and a full bathroom for shared use (tub/shower). Downstairs is the common area -- kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, living area... with half bath, and another small storage closet. The unit has hard flooring on the bottom floor and stairs / upstairs are carpeted. The unit has HVAC system. There is a back patio that would be perfect to bring some chairs to, or set up a grill! The room you will be renting has a large closet with sliding doors. I have one cat and am not considering other animals at this time (she has feline leukemia and don't want to spread it to other cats!). The townhouse is right next to the greenway -- about a 15 minute walk to centennial campus / lake Raleigh, and about a 30 minute walk to main campus (Carmichael Gym area). There is a bus stop about 5 minute walk away that the Wolfline (lines 42, 50, and 52) services.
I've been here for a year and satisfied with the location and amenities! It's a safe place with families nearby and very accessible to school :) The rent is $1250/month split in half, with shared cost of utilities -- so you'd be paying between $750-$850 a month.
