Hello! My name is Michael. I am a sophomore at NCSU. I am studious but also like to relax at home watching movies, sports, or playing video games with my friends.
I am looking to rent out a bedroom in my comfortable and “like new” 3 BR, 2.5 bath... townhouse built in 2022. 1,695 sq ft. It’s peaceful and offers the best of both worlds: comfort and convenience.
Ideally, I’d like to find a male roommate who has a similar lifestyle and is interested in sharing the unit which would leave one bedroom vacant (could be an occasional guest room if we both agree?). You can choose your bedroom from two options- both have double door closets, new full-sized beds with new mattresses and storage drawers underneath, as well as a desk. You will also have a private bath adjacent to the room which has a double sink and vanity, full bath/shower, and linen closet.
Shared space would include the laundry room which is also on the second floor, the furnished living and dining areas, and the kitchen which is full size with plenty of space for storage including a pantry. There is a screened patio for relaxing outside and a one car garage with driveway parking where I’d like to be flexible about who parks where, depending on schedules.
Rent would be $1200 /month including all utilities. Available now.
Location: Just off US1/HWY 540 - Cadence at Town Center. Less than 10 miles to NCSU. Upscale community, Walk to great shopping and restaurants including Triangle Town Center mall or Walmart Supercenter in the other direction. Also, only 20 minutes to RTP, and 20 minutes to the airport.
