We have a furnished bedroom and private full bathroom in a townhome for rent. The kitchen and living areas downstairs as well as washer and dryer are shared with one on other tenant. The safe and quiet townhouse community have very nice amenities,... including pool, volleyball court, lake and walking trail. All utilities are included: power, heating and air, water, trash, and internet. Great location -- close to NC State (10 mins), Downtown (14), I40 Interstate (3), and Cary Cross Roads Plaza (5). The room-mate is a pleasant, respectful, and private 2024 NC State grad, who is now in graduate school. Looking for an undergraduate, graduate, or young professional to be a tenant. Visitors allowed but no parties. Prefer a one year lease but will consider month to month.
