A room+ at the Glenoe House
The Glenoe House is next to the beautiful Lake Johnson Park and just minutes to N.C. State University. The NCSU/City bus stops are just a 10 minute walk from the house. The fully furnished bedroom with closet has a queen size bed and adjoining... bathroom. We have a kitchenette, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar, and small bistro table with two chairs. Feel free to bring your own food and eat in the kitchen or dining room downstairs. No food in the bedroom. Although you will be living in the same house as the host, you will have access to several rooms with limitations. You will be given a security system code to access the house through the front door foyer and stairway to your bedroom.
Female non-smoking tenants preferred. We have 2 small hypoallergenic dogs that are not allowed in guest areas. Most of our guest fall in love with Koko and Peaches who are friendly and small (~8 pds) dogs (Maltese and Shih Zhou). If you do not like dogs, this place is not a good fit for you.
