I am subletting my apartment room at University Village at 2505 (UV2505) in Raleigh, NC, from January 1 to July 31 for $909 per month. I’ve accepted a co-op starting this spring and need to find a sublet as soon as possible. I’m very flexible and... even willing to cover the first month’s rent to make this arrangement easier. The apartment is a spacious, quiet unit that is both pet-free and smoke-free. The room available has a bedroom, which includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. You’ll be sharing the apartment with three awesome roommates: a computer science major, an engineering major, and a business major, all of whom are friendly and responsible.
The apartment has fully furnished living spaces, an in-unit washer and dryer, and internet included in the rent. The community also offers great amenities, including a fitness center, pool, clubhouse, and a shuttle service to NC State University. Parking is convenient, with residents receiving a sticker to park in any unassigned spot in the lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitor parking passes are available from the front office if needed.
