Hey yall, my name is Perri and I am urgently looking for someone to take over my sublease for the spring semester at LOGAN AND CHAMBERLAIN, located at 102 Logan Ct directly across from the NCSU bell tower. Attached below are... pictures of the unit, which you’ll see has a walk in closet, very spacious bathroom, and large room space.

The unit is a 4x4, with 4 separate bathrooms and bedrooms. The living space is massive, including a large balcony and new appliances (double fridge, lots of granite kitchen space, glass tables, large living area). There is also a brand new washer and dryer closet in the apartment, making it super convenient to get tasks done. Additional amenities in the building incude a large courtyard with grills, lounge chairs and corn hole boards as well as study lounges on every floor with high tech appliances. FREE PRINT ACCESS AS WELL!

The rent is $1109 a month, including utilities and all central air.
