Spacious Townhome in Renaissance Park

Hello all! I am looking to sublease my room in a 3 bed / 2.5 bath in Renaissance Park for $700/mo (everything included) from May 15th until Sept. 15th. Can pro-rate, provide more photos, negotiate as needed. Preferably to a graduate student or young... professional, but upperclass undergraduates doing an internship are also welcome. Please reach out if this is of interest to you.

About the house: fully furnished and spacious room with a shared bathroom with one other roommate. There are two other male roommates, one pursuing a a MFA degree and another who recently began working as a full time Vet and has two adorable and cuddly cats, seen in the photos. Access to parking, a club house, fully equip fitness center, pool, and a nice walkable neighborhood. Fully furnished living room including TV and a Roomba, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.. Landlord is great and easy to work with, I pay rent through Venmo.

Main amenities below. Ask if you would find anything important. It probably is there and I forgot to mention it.

Bedroom: 70" Smart TV, queen bed + mattress, walk-in closet, desk, nightstand, TV stand, and shoe-stand. I will likely be leaving my piano and surfboard here over the summer that you would be welcome to use as long as it remains in good condition.
Kitchen: Pots/pans/baking sheets, full fridge/freezer, instant pot, food processor and blender, plethora of regular items including tupperware, etc. Full pantry space. I am leaving behind a lot of staple spices/oil/vinegar etc. you would be welcome to use.
